HORTON-in-RIBBLESDALE - 9th March 2002 47770 Reserved on the diverted 09.36 Glasgow Central - London Euston. Winters can be rather bleak up here and you can almost feel the chill as a late winter snowstorm decends upon Ribblesdale. It wasn't quite so bad as it looks, it didn't last for long and the following day the snow had all but gone and Ribblesdale was bathed in glorious sunshine!
